Basketball PEI will be hosting it's 1st Annual Banquet / Awards Gala on RESCHEDULED (TBA) at the Holy Redeemer Parish Centre Hall, Charlottetown.  The Island’s basketball community will be invited to come together for an evening of celebration as we recognize the outstanding achievements of our athletes, coaches, volunteers, administrators, officials and team of the year for the 2009-2010 season.  In addition to the award presentations, this event will celebrate the growth of the game in communities across our province.  The evening will also include dinner, a silent auction and a guest speaker.

As indicated, we will be conducting a silent auction to raise funds for Basketball PEI activities over the coming year.   We’d really appreciate your support in this regard. We’re seeking goods or services that members of our basketball community could bid on during the gala evening.  If you are able to assist in any way, we’d really appreciate it if you could call or email us and we’ll arrange for pick-up.  We’d like to receive anything you could provide by TBA so that we can finalize preparations for our event, and we’ll be in touch in the next week or two in follow-up.  Contributions will be recognized in the banquet program and on our website.
